Your safety, health, and well-being is always our highest priority.

Below are some of the steps we are taking to get our community back to the box. If you have any questions, give us a call or contact us!

**NEW** As per the new Provincial Health Order, as of September 13, 2021, proof of vaccination is required prior to entry to the gym.

  1. Do not come to class if you are sick or have been asked to self-isolate due to travel outside of Canada or contact with a possible Covid-19 case.  This is the single most important thing everyone can do to prevent the spread of Covid-19. 

  2. To ensure safe physical distancing is possible, athletes now need to reserve a class spot in Zen Planner.  This will ensure we always have enough space for everyone to safely workout.  For the time being, class size is capped at 10 people. 

  3. We ask that athletes arrive at the gym no more than 5 minutes before class starts and do not congregate in the entrance area before or after class. We also ask that athletes exit the gym directly after disinfecting their equipment upon the completion of their class. Please make your way in and out of gym as quickly as possible. 

  4. Masks must be worn while entering/exiting the building, and anytime you are not in your own workout square.

  5. Please wash your hands before and after class.  Hand sanitizer is also available for use throughout the gym. 

  6. Athletes will be asked to clean/disinfect any equipment they use after class.  We have Health Canada approved disinfectant readily available in spray bottles and disposable paper towel wipes throughout the gym.  The coaches will be disinfecting high touch area like door knobs, light switches and bathroom taps between each class. 

  7. The class schedule has been adjusted so classes do not run back to back to allow for sanitizing and to reduce the amount of people in the gym at any given time. 

  8. The communal chalk buckets have been removed.  If you need chalk please bring your own.  Liquid chalk or solid blocks only. No powder. 

  9. Gear/shoe storage cubbies are not currently available to use.  Please take all your shoes, skipping ropes, wrist wraps, etc home.  Athletes are asked to each have their own gear bag which goes home with them after each class. 

  10. The drinking fountain is “closed” until further notice.  Please make sure to bring your own water bottle with you if needed. 

  11. Athletes will each have their own designated workout areas and sharing of barbells and other workout equipment is no longer permitted. 

  12. Please be mindful of the physical distancing requirement.  Take turns getting equipment when needed, making sure we are all staying 2 metres away from each other.
