Happy Holidays!

One week left of 2020...

What can we say? This year hasn't been without its challenges, but the last 3 days of redos have proven that we’ve gotten through it faster, stronger, and fitter!

Even with all the Pandemic has thrown at us, our gym and our members are stronger than ever!

We had to stay focused, adapt, and work at not letting the shit show that is 2020 throw us off our game. We did it!

The way we train prepared us to weather the storm. We don't quit - regardless of how tough the workout is or how off we may be feeling! Sometimes we have to re-evaluate mid workout and change our game plan, but we do this without missing a beat. The toughest challenges teach us the most about ourselves.

2020 has been a GRINDER!

Thanks to all of our members, coaches, and staff for all that you’ve done to get us to where we are today! For the first time in our gym’s history we broke through the 100 member mark! We have all worked so hard and it very much feels like we are moving in the right direction.

Trust that no matter what 2021 throws at us, WE WILL BE READY!

A Look at some of our Improvements!

It was fun to see you guys determined to beat your old results from last year! Just about everyone who had a recorded score did better! Some went heavier or were able to do overhead squats that couldn't a year ago. Others were able to squeeze of some more reps and other absolutely crushed there score from last year!

Our Holiday Hours

There will be no classes on the December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st and January 1st and 2nd.

For the days the gym isn't open we will be providing some home workouts for those that need their "Fix". Workouts can be found on SugarWOD!

In addition, open gym will not be available for the rest of December. We will look at it again in the new year!
